📦 Delivery Coverage
We currently ship nationwide within Pakistan through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

International shipping is not available at this time.

All confirmed orders are processed within:

24 to 48 business hours

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

🚚 Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines:

Major Cities: 2–3 business days

Other Cities & Rural Areas: 3–5 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly due to weather conditions, courier delays, or remote locations.

💸 Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping Fee: Displayed at checkout ( Rs.200 at the moment )

Free Shipping: Promotions or minimum order thresholds may apply during special sales or campaigns (mentioned on the website or ads).

📍 Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

Tracking number via SMS / WhatsApp / Email

Real-time tracking link to monitor your delivery status.

🚫 Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to:

Incorrect address

Customer unavailability

Phone unreachable

The courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us.
Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

✅ Order Confirmation
After placing your order:

Our team will confirm via call or WhatsApp where required (especially for Cash on Delivery orders).

Orders may be cancelled automatically if confirmation is not completed.

📦 Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with wrong items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Photos/video of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
